For Class IT was not enough to be proud of the performance of having a full team of professional employees who can solve any situation, gathered so far in the A+ team. We now have opened the “portal” to a memorable organizational culture, created by and for the people within.

After 12 years on the IT support market, Class IT launches itself with 10 warp speed to a new dimension of its values, through a special event designed for its team members, on October 11, 2013.

The celebration of the new concept took place on the 21st floor of Intercontinental Hotel and it delivered surprise after surprise for Class IT stellar family.

So, in front of curious and enthusiastic crew, the stellar captain Bogdan Tudor started the event by sharing his vision regarding the company’s organizational demarche and reviewing the journey of the team.

Bogdan offered then to each member of the team the grade that reflects its level of activity in the company: every colleague went on the stage and got the Star Team tunic and rankings. A unique ceremony that will always remain in the history of Class IT by emotions and the amazing energy transmitted by each stellar cadet, junior lieutenant, lieutenant, chief lieutenant, lieutenant commander or commander…

The captain was also surprised and it was absolutely thrilled by the special video message sent by Mr. Kenneth P. Morse, founder of the MIT Entrepreneurship Center.

The evening had other notable moments: world champion Marian Dragulescu, at his very first public speech, had the wish to be close to the crew and provide the living example of success through his hard work and desire to succeed. He even did a little demonstration – performing, (impeccably, what else?) a spectacular gymnastic element.

The members of our crew have also gladly tasted the motivational exercises proposed by the other guest – the famous trainer Andy Szekely.

At the end of the party we launched the official drink of the crew – Star Team Ale, after a secret recipe known only by other “civilizations”. Not to mention that we were very delighted by a sweet slice of Star Team cake.
