“There is an absolutely important law relating to human conduct. If we obey to that law, we will hardly have problems: Make always the other person feel important.”

The desire to be important is the deepest need of human nature  and this is manifested in all the relationships we establish with the rest, both professional and personal. To show your respect and appreciation to your clients, it is important to always listen to requests and respond to them in a professional manner, showing respect and appreciation for each client.

In the relationships between colleagues, we always want to get others approval and hear sincere appreciation that recognize our value and involvement. Simply put, we must offer others what we want them to give us, always and everywhere.

“Talk to people about themselves and they will listen for hours.”

By making others feel important, we will not only make them feel flattered, but we will succeed much easier to capture their attention and cooperation. To achieve this, we need only a bit of  imagination to make the remarks that will just determine others to open before us.
